Deliverables

Here you can explore the deliverables generated by Account4GreenEco throughout the various tasks outlined in the project’s four work packages.

Work Package 1 - Project Management

The goal of this work package is to ensure effective planning, coordination, and control of all project activities. Its goal is to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards through structured management processes.

  • The management of the Project is guided by the Project’s Manual that sets the management guidelines and rules that shall be applied during the development of the Project. This document defines the work, communication, and reporting prescription and procedures governing the practical work of the Partnership to guarantee that all beneficiaries follow standard practices and procedures to ensure the timely delivery and quality of the Project’s results. Additionally, it provides indications for the financial management and reporting to monitor the execution of the Project within its budget.

  • The Project has produced a Quality Assurance and Ethics Plan that ensures that its execution, results, implementation, and teaching and sharing & promotion activities accomplish quality standards and are delivered on time.

  • Additionally, the Project has elaborated a Sustainability Strategy that delineates a set of actions to help maintain and extend the outcome of the Project and enhancing its impact beyond its lifetime. Specifically, this strategy  identifies the Project’s results and transferable knowledge, analyses key stakeholders and environments for the application and use of the Project’s results, assesses their socio-economic impact and influencing factors, describes collaborations and networking opportunities, and develops sustainability scenarios that point to specific activities that the partnership can engage with in the future to continue fostering sustainability accounting learning.

These three document (Project’s Manual, Quality Assurance and Ethics Plan, and Sustainability Strategy) are considered private documents due to their strategic implications in guiding the internal work of the Project and are only accesible through the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform.
