Account4GreenEco Kick-Off Meeting
On February 8, 2023, we held the Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) of the project at the General Library of the University of Burgos. The purpose of the KOM was to set the basis for the development of the next three years of Account4GreenEco and design the first steps to produce the first module of the platform and the organization of the first teaching activity with students that will be held in Trento in fall 2023.
Ten project members of the five partners – University of Burgos (Spain), the Center for Sustainability Management (CSM) of the Leuphana University of Lüneburg (Germany), Montpellier Business School (France), the University of Trento (Italy) and Gestionet Group (Spain) – participated in the KOM. Account4GreenEco aims to promote the integration of sustainability information in the curricula of the European Higher Education Area with the ultimate goal of supporting the green transition of the EU economy. During the three years of the project – which will end in November 2025 – an open online platform will be developed that will provide a dynamic and interactive environment through a series of learning materials and resources on sustainability information, such as its production, assurance, and internal control systems.
